    Ms. Palvi payday is one of best officer of this bank,very cooperative,supportive and always there sort out our bank issues.we are very happy with her support.

    Although it is very much unlikely but my experience has been very good with PNB and I can give 100% credit to one employee (Ms Pallavi) who walked an extra mile and made sure that my work is done. She supported me with the closure of Sukanya account which I assume would otherwise be very tough. I live in Germany and can not visit the bank often. She was the point of contact for me and supported me will all possible ways. It was her efforts that it eventually was possible. I guess it is important that public sector banks have more of such employees who understand customers requirement and leave no stone unturned when this comes to serving the customers. 10 Stars for Ms Pallavi.
