Punjab National Bank

I would like to share my experience with Punjab National Bank, Jaigaon Branch. Overall, the bank staff is very helpful and cooperative. Most of the processes are handled smoothly and efficiently. The manager is also very supportive, and my overall experience with the bank has been very positive. However, there is one small issue that I would like to highlight. In case of cheque payments or deposits, if there is any minor mistake such as a small spelling error in the name or incorrect information, the transaction sometimes does not get processed after internal verification. Although the bank provides a slip with our contact number mentioned, there is usually no follow-up call to inform us about the issue. It would be very helpful if the bank could call customers to inform them about such problems. This would save time and help customers take quick action, especially since many of us assume the process has been completed and remain busy with our own work. Apart from this minor concern, my overall experience with PNB Jaigaon has been very good.
