    Respected Bank Manager, I hope this msg finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of inadequate cooling at PNB Rawatpur, Kanpur. The existing fans in the branch are not functioning properly, leading to discomfort for both customers and staff, especially during peak hours and extreme weather conditions. Considering the rising temperatures and the need for a comfortable banking environment, I kindly request you to install air conditioning in the branch. An AC system would significantly improve the overall customer experience, making banking transactions more pleasant and efficient. Additionally, it would enhance the working conditions for bank employees, ensuring a more productive atmosphere. I sincerely hope that you will consider this request as a priority and take the necessary steps to improve the facility. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Looking forward to a positive response.
