    I had a great experience at this branch. The staff at this branch is very polite, humble, knowledgeable & always willing to help the customer . Particularly the staff I dealt with Aditi Jain, Rahul Sharma, Dharmender Kataria and above all Ravinder Kaur Malhan the branch manager. If she is not too busy she takes a round makes sure that every customer is being served. She doesn't mind helping at the overcrowded counter. Aditi Jain always welcomes with a warm smile. Rahul and Dharmender are doing a commendable job.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Wishing you best of luck for your future. I had an overwhelming experience @ the bank. As per my obversevation the bank staff is overworked and understaffed. Management should take care of such a gem of staff. Thank you all for providing me with an excellent service.
